The MessageBase Service is a personalised call answering and phone messaging service for all type and size of business. By using small teams, who get to 'know' your business and callers and tailoring the service to your needs we can truly represent your company to your existing and potential clients.
You will receive your own UK STD or 08XX non-geographic number as soon as you subscribe to the service. You can publish this number or divert your existing phone number(s) to it. Your incoming phone calls are answered live by our UK based PAs. They work in small teams to answer your calls, handling the call with a tailored response script which we prepare with you when you subscribe.
Our personal call handling service will either answer the phone call and take a message or transfer the caller to you or an appropriate member staff. Each message will be logged on our data base. Our phone messaging service offers the facility to forward them immediately by email or a SMS/text message to your mobile phone.
Your callers are treated personally, consistently and professionally ensuring the seamless integration of MessageBase and your business. Your caller won’t know they are speaking to a call answering service. Clients will never be confronted by voicemail and you get your phone messages without being constantly disturbed.
Retrieving your messages. Whatever option you choose, our UK based PAs can notify you of your messages in an instant, using one of the following options:

| Internet Web browser | MessageBase clients will be able to retrieve their messages from any PC connected to the Internet, anywhere in the world, simply by logging into the secure client area of the www.messagebase.com site. You will also be able to "chat" with our virtual receptionists and update your answering, transfer and other instructions. |
