MessageBase In-Touch provides a virtual reception service for office and/or home based staff. It’s ideal for smaller businesses with up to 20 employees and has the added advantage of low set-up charges for the standard virtual reception service.
MessageBase call answering assistants are all UK based experienced professionals.. Calls can screened and then transferred or announced to you or your staff, independent of your location. We can also take messages if you are unavailable.
In-Touch can work in conjunction with either your own office call answering system or with MessageBase.
In-Touch Plus provides a Remote Extension to the MessageBase Centre IP switch via the PSTN, any mobile network or the internet (VoIP/SIP). Options include real-time availability updates to scripts and calendar management.
In-Touch virtual reception includes:
