Ideal for home-office or smaller office based business, the new MessageBase In-Touch Plus Service combines our personal telephone answering and call ‘patching’ service with a state-of-the-art ‘voice over the internet’ telephone to ensure that you never miss an important call or sales enquiry and provide your business with lower communication costs.
Do you have small office which doesn’t warrant an expensive and complicated PBX and don’t want to pay those business telephone line charges? Then you could just deploy internet phones or a local Phone Module on-site and link it back, via the internet to MessageBase Centre. Need local call break-out and full survivability in the event of the failure of your internet connection? A VPN Router supports up to 8 internet phone users or the Call Server supports up to 8 extensions with analogue line support for local calls, fax lines etc. Both deliver all the features and facilities listed above.
The In-Touch Plus Service is available for a single, monthly subscription payment of £92 per month (plus VAT) including one internet phone and forty call transfers or messages.*
